The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flying Dutchman's Todor Slaveev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Gonzalez in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Quinito Merodo came free, but Gogo Hug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todor Slaveev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Mazuste, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Quinito Merodo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Flying Dutchman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quinito Merodo couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Flying Dutchman's Gogo Hug threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Martin Petrov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 17th minute Jeronimo Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todor Slaveev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Todor Slaveev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Udalaitz in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Flying Dutchman's Quinito Merodo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gogo Hug narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Quinito Merodo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Todor Slaveev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Mazuste in the 34th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Flying Dutchman's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Mazuste came free, but Todor Slaveev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quinito Merodo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Flying Dutchman got a corner. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Petrov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Martin Petrov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Gogo Hug did a great save. Quinito Merodo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Hug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Quinito Merodo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gogo Hug was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the game, Flying Dutchman's Quinito Merodo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Hug made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Norberto Orlin was substituted for Jeronimo Mazuste. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Morel Rial was substituted for Tolek Burowski. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Petrov was slow to take the kick. During this time Flying Dutchman's players had a chance to rest. Martin Petrov made a great header on Flying Dutchman's corner, it was just that TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Gogo Hug managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 93rd minute, Quinito Merodo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th match minute, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aríel Salinas to maneuver through the defense. Flying Dutchman were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB for a fine match.
