After 17 played minutes, Mytarka €ity's Szymon Sobania shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mytarka €ity reached it. Marian Debowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Armstrong having to interfere. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Malafaia in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Mytarka €ity's goalkeeper Guga Baiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Linkhorst. With his leg Guga Baiano managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Mytarka €ity supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mytarka €ity would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
