The score was now 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fletcher Baba in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 徐崇源 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute, 姚峰战 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 『挑战者』上海光明队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Australian Youth Academy's Humberto Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leal Novais in the 16th minute of play. Bradley Obree hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 姚峰战 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Humberto Velasco made a huge save. 26 minutes into the game, Fletcher Baba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. 徐崇源 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Novais in the 30th minute of play forced Australian Youth Academy's goalkeeper Humberto Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 冯明博 kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Shaun Haley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Luís de Brito notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Australian Youth Academy's Humberto Velasco. Humberto Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Leal Novais scored 5-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bradley Obree got a throw-in 57 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Shaun Haley. Leal Novais's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Velasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Leal Novais took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Velasco. Humberto Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. If Neville Schutt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antony Cuddihy hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Leal Novais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Zoltán Tálas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. With a little luck, 『挑战者』上海光明队's 徐崇源 got control of the ball when Fletcher Baba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the 『挑战者』上海光明队 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
