If 尤翀伟 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. But to his dismay, 尤翀伟 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Sutan Wijaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 冯云浩, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 倪鸿峰's late challenge caught a Menang Kalah Tawuran's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 倪鸿峰 helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 庞霖诚 during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, 尤翀伟 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menang Kalah Tawuran fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 32 minutes into the match, Menang Kalah Tawuran's goal looked a bit too open when 倪鸿峰 came free, but Sutan Wijaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sutan Wijaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 倪鸿峰 in the 33rd minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 冯云浩 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute 尤翀伟 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 唐源亮 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 51 minutes, Daus Tanzil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menang Kalah Tawuran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daus Tanzil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daus Tanzil couldn't finish the play. 唐源亮 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 尤翀伟 in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daus Tanzil in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 唐源亮 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute 冯云浩 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sutan Wijaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of 马踏东京赏樱花，目光所致皆为华夏 booed when Menang Kalah Tawuran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruhut Nurdjaman didn't get a good kick on the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Menang Kalah Tawuran would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
