Kamarudin Simatupang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feri Surianto having to interfere. Feri Surianto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamarudin Simatupang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the game Prabu Kosasih made a throw-in which Pepep Bisri played forward. PHOENIX SC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after FC LOMSKY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucky Sihite took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Lucky Sihite got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feri Surianto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kamarudin Simatupang sped through FC LOMSKY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Feri Surianto. In the 22ndth minute of the game Holin Probohudono who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC LOMSKY's Feri Surianto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 26 played minutes PHOENIX SC got a freekick which was hit by Holin Probohudono. Feri Surianto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holin Probohudono, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamarudin Simatupang in the 31st minute of play forced FC LOMSKY's goalkeeper Feri Surianto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holin Probohudono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feri Surianto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holin Probohudono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Holin Probohudono in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feri Surianto saved FC LOMSKY from getting behind. Feri Surianto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamarudin Simatupang, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Kamarudin Simatupang made a great header on PHOENIX SC's corner, it was just that FC LOMSKY's Feri Surianto managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 47th minute, Holin Probohudono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Feri Surianto made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Holin Probohudono sent off a good shot on target. Kamarudin Simatupang received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Feri Surianto came out and tried to block the shot, but Kamarudin Simatupang slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC LOMSKY's zone, Kamarudin Simatupang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feri Surianto came out of the goal and Kamarudin Simatupang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Kamarudin Simatupang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PHOENIX SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kamarudin Simatupang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Cokro Sutarya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Lucky Sihite was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PHOENIX SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC LOMSKY the free kick. In the 68th match minute, PHOENIX SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucky Sihite to maneuver through the defense. Holin Probohudono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Feri Surianto made a huge save. FC LOMSKY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Holin Probohudono scored to the left of an out of position Feri Surianto, making the score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, FC LOMSKY's Parto Fitrianto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Lucky Sihite sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feri Surianto skillfully saved the ball. Aras Pandiangan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. PHOENIX SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
