Mehmet Edip Taşcıoğlu scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Göksun İcmal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdi Erçin in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batıkan Perker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to ST Lions FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Teoman Kayhan hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Yıldıray Sahadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göksun İcmal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, ST Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yıldıray Sahadettin came free, but Göksun İcmal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Yıldıray Sahadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göksun İcmal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abana JK's Şükrü Yücelen collided with an opponent after 32 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his leg. When Selim Ülkü fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ST Lions FC's protests and gave Selim Ülkü a yellow card for diving instead. Abana JK made a substitution. Özden Burçhan replaced Şükrü Yücelen. After 37 played minutes ST Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Ferdi Erçin. Selim Ülkü blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Batıkan Perker having to make a save. Batıkan Perker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Selim Ülkü in the 42nd minute. Batıkan Perker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Erçin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdi Erçin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes ST Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Feyzullay Ahmetoğlu. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Nadir Sanat put in a rough tackle. 71 minutes into the match, Yıldıray Sahadettin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Göksun İcmal, 0-2. 75 minutes into the match, Ahmet Nafiz Kılıçer notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal. Göksun İcmal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Nafiz Kılıçer took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Göksun İcmal. Göksun İcmal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.
