ST Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selim Ülkü was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cícero das Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Göksun İcmal made a huge save. Ayvaz Nesim kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Selim Ülkü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hulki Bulut having to interfere. Göksun İcmal made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Okanay Zabit sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Mehmet Baler kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Göksun İcmal. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Göksun İcmal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero das Neves in the 32nd minute of play. Göksun İcmal was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Cícero das Neves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cícero das Neves really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Hulki Bulut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Erçin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero das Neves in the 39th minute of play. ST Lions FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Cícero das Neves scored to the left of an out of position Göksun İcmal, making the score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Baler got free with Göksun İcmal in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save ST Lions FC from getting a goal against them. Ayvaz Nesim's late challenge caught a BAŞBUĞ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayvaz Nesim helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the ST Lions FC defense, Okanay Zabit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Göksun İcmal. The ST Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Göksun İcmal should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Cícero das Neves made the kick off in the second half. BAŞBUĞ's Mehmet Baler got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Baler in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Cícero das Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Göksun İcmal was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Feyzullay Ahmetoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match.
