The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Yaser Mirkelam took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Şadi Cihaner to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Borrero in the 10th minute of play forced Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's goalkeeper Şadi Cihaner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Curcio Borrero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şadi Cihaner. Curcio Borrero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Şadi Cihaner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çağrı As, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Curcio Borrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şadi Cihaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kubat Acıbadem fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's protests and gave Kubat Acıbadem a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Kubat Acıbadem got a free kick in the 20th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's goalkeeper Şadi Cihaner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yaser Mirkelam. The JOKER walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
