Selahaddin Uzel charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Selahaddin Uzel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rakı Sevenler FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Selahaddin Uzel hit a great ball. Egemen Gencalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aydemir Kutam in the 4th minute of play. Aydemir Kutam spun around in front of the goal 12 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Rakı Sevenler FC's goal. In the 13th minute, Peter Tonhauser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. ZENO's Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save ZENO from getting a goal against them. If Mustafa İzzet Rasih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Turan Ocak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egemen Gencalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZENO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Peter Tonhauser 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Levent Uçanay kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Peter Tonhauser capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Tonhauser really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Suphi Güleryüz in the 41st minute of play forced Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Egemen Gencalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The Rakı Sevenler FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Rakı Sevenler FC's Peter Tonhauser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Rakı Sevenler FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Peter Tonhauser hit a great ball. Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Tonhauser, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Egemen Gencalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Tonhauser's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by ZENO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stavros Stamatakos was slow to take the kick. During this time Rakı Sevenler FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rakı Sevenler FC's Stavros Stamatakos to fire away a dangerous shot which Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Peter Tonhauser had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Haşim Kıvılcım. ZENO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Tonhauser was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 81st minute, Peter Tonhauser left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rakı Sevenler FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Egemen Gencalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yüksel Zekai's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Rakı Sevenler FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
