The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aydın Akaydın kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Balamir Sağanalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baybora İğdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Kamber Özsel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akşemseddin Arslangiray having to interfere. Seyhan Elhan hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Fehmi Nesil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akşemseddin Arslangiray having to interfere. 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Akşemseddin Arslangiray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon from getting a goal against them. H E P T A N FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kamber Özsel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Yiğit Başer hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Akşemseddin Arslangiray successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Milosz Budzyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balamir Sağanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Budzyn in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Mehmet Bedri Demirkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The H E P T A N FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milosz Budzyn to make the kick off. The referee ignored 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's protests and gave Selman Zekai a yellow card for diving instead. Baybora İğdemir took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Balamir Sağanalp. Balamir Sağanalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.
