Tony Schumacher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Basmane Texas's Bebeto Müjdat managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Don Speed in the 27 minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Mustafa Hamit Afgan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Tayyar Niyazi got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hamit Afgan came free, but İshak Atatuğ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hamit Afgan in the 33rd minute of play forced Basmane Texas's goalkeeper İshak Atatuğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Basmane Texas's zone, Mustafa Hamit Afgan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İshak Atatuğ came out of the goal and Mustafa Hamit Afgan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaplan Şerif stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Mustafa Hamit Afgan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. İshak Atatuğ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mustafa Hamit Afgan scored 2-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İshak Atatuğ, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Mustafa Hamit Afgan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İshak Atatuğ. Basmane Texas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Hamit Afgan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
