The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Çetin Özdoru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lions Of Turks and the B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine booed when Lions Of Turks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çetin Özdoru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cengiz Bozbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eser Dede in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Ünsevin in the 7th minute of play forced Lions Of Turks's goalkeeper Cengiz Bozbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Aybek Selil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cengiz Bozbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bican Özgunay made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Muhittin Ülkenur. 13 minutes into the match, Lions Of Turks's goal looked a bit too open when Aybek Selil came free, but Cengiz Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Fetih Egesel made a precise shot to the right of Cengiz Bozbey. Lions Of Turks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cengiz Bozbey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 minutes, Fetih Egesel made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Lions Of Turks's Cengiz Bozbey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybek Selil in the 25th minute of play forced Lions Of Turks's goalkeeper Cengiz Bozbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cengiz Bozbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Ünsevin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes Lions Of Turks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hüseyin Ünsevin who took care of the corner kick. Cengiz Bozbey came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Eser Dede. But to his dismay, Eser Dede quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Cengiz Bozbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Ünsevin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Lions Of Turks's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Ünsevin came free, but Cengiz Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Fetih Egesel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cengiz Bozbey was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After the first half B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hüseyin Ünsevin made a kick off. Cengiz Bozbey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüseyin Ünsevin in the 52nd minute. After 55 played minutes Lions Of Turks got a freekick which was hit by Nihat Candar. When Fetih Egesel came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fetih Egesel couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute of the game Ayvaz Mecit made a throw-in which Fetih Egesel played forward. Cengiz Bozbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Ünsevin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute.
