Despite this Frank Fiori quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kayhan Sacid charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kayhan Sacid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frank Fiori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevat Mansur in the 39th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Serter Doğay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rüknettin Demirbaş was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serter Doğay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rüknettin Demirbaş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rüknettin Demirbaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serter Doğay's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Gürkan Bahadıroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürkan Bahadıroğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Cevat Mansur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tahsin Çalımbay took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rüknettin Demirbaş. Rüknettin Demirbaş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Serter Doğay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Rüknettin Demirbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serter Doğay in the 87th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, ErbaA KartaLı's Serter Doğay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rüknettin Demirbaş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to ErbaA KartaLı getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ilgaz Azimoğlu hit a great ball. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
