In the 3rdth minute of the game Rickard Thidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nevşehirspor's Leonard Gregersen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, LOI's Kaan Yağın got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 15th minute Rickard Thidén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Gregersen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Ahmet Paşa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Sobeck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 24 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when LOI's Rickard Thidén fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 27 minutes into the game, Sadri Tekdoğan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nevşehirspor's Goliath Phoenix quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 29th minute Emilian Bâlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Sobeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Emilian Bâlea notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of LOI's Johannes Sobeck. Johannes Sobeck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Paşa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johannes Sobeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bektaş Ali Gariboğlu to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Paşa came free, but Johannes Sobeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Emilian Bâlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Sobeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nevşehirspor's Gao Xi Di got a free kick in the 45th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Leonard Gregersen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half Nevşehirspor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilian Bâlea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Rickard Thidén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Leonard Gregersen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ahmet Paşa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Johannes Sobeck made a huge save. 60 minutes into the game, Baturalp Adar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nevşehirspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOI the free kick. Baturalp Adar kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Ahmet Paşa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Johannes Sobeck made a huge save. With a little luck, LOI's Johannes Sobeck got control of the ball when Gao Xi Di tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baturalp Adar kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, LOI's goalkeeper Johannes Sobeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilian Bâlea. Leonard Gregersen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Thidén in the 73rd minute of the match. Gao Xi Di could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Johannes Sobeck made a huge save. Nevşehirspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emre Mor in the 80th minute. Nevşehirspor's Emre Mor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Johannes Sobeck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. LOI made a substitution. Önder İlsak replaced Rickard Thidén. Nevşehirspor's Goliath Phoenix quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kaan Yağın, made in the 91st minute of the game. Johannes Sobeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Paşa in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nevşehirspor's Emilian Bâlea got a free kick in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nevşehirspor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LOI.
