Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erik Söder took the kick off in the first half of the match. Erik Söder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Daniel Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Kurt Rosendal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Börge Enström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Delin came free, but Börge Enström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Rosendal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Övertorneå RK's zone, Harald Kullander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börge Enström came out of the goal and Harald Kullander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bertil Delin scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Börge Enström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Övertorneå RK defense, Kurt Rosendal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Börge Enström. The Övertorneå RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Börge Enström should have stopped the shot. In the 26th match minute, Övertorneå RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfons Tidéksson to maneuver through the defense. Christian Malmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Enström having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, SE7EN's Harald Kullander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Börge Enström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 39th minute Kurt Rosendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Enström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Rosendal in the 40th minute of play forced Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Börge Enström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Delin to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Övertorneå RK's Robin Blomberg got a free kick in the 52nd minute. With his leg Börge Enström managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when SE7EN's Bertil Delin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Övertorneå RK's Börge Enström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Övertorneå RK from getting a goal against them. When Bertil Delin came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the SE7EN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Delin couldn't finish the play. After 90 played minutes SE7EN got a freekick which was hit by Mårten Carlberg. If Christian Malmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over SE7EN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Övertorneå RK throughout the match.
