Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Malte Sörman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Börge Enström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malte Sörman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Malte Sörman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Per Sjögren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Börge Enström. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. If Mark Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Börge Enström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Sjögren. In the 17th minute Karen FC were awarded a corner. Calle Wanner went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 19th minute, Karen FC's Chrisostomos Grimsø dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Börge Enström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Sjögren. Per Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Börge Enström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Sjögren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Börge Enström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Börge Enström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Sörman in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, Övertorneå RK's Börge Enström got control of the ball when Per Sjögren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mark Lundgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ma Yong Jun having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Sörman came free, but Börge Enström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Erik Söder made the kick off in the second half. After 74 minutes, Malte Sörman made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Övertorneå RK's Börge Enström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Sörman in the 82nd minute of play forced Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Börge Enström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Söder hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Övertorneå RK defense, Chrisostomos Grimsø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Börge Enström. The Övertorneå RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Börge Enström should have stopped the shot. After 93 played minutes Karen FC got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Vennerlund. There was no doubt that Karen FC were the better team. Karen FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
