Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roger Norberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Abraham Coote hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Tage Brodin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Maria Jacobsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joel Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Coote in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Golden Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Erik Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes Golden Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tage Brodin who took care of the corner kick. Tage Brodin made a great header on BK Värdsholmen's corner, it was just that Golden Lions FC's Maria Jacobsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Maria Jacobsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Norberg's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute of the match, Alex Nordström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joel Tolsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 25 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Alex Nordström. Håkan Eklund struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Maria Jacobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Värdsholmen. In the 30th match minute, Golden Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Forssell to maneuver through the defense. If Roger Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Sven-Erik Valström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Håkan Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Värdsholmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Håkan Eklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Eklund came free, but Maria Jacobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Nordström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to BK Värdsholmen getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ture Lund hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Eklund got free with Maria Jacobsson in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sven-Erik Valström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Tolsson having to make a save. Joel Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Valström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maria Jacobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tage Brodin in the 59th minute of the match. Maria Jacobsson came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Värdsholmen's Tage Brodin. But to his dismay, Tage Brodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Eklund got free with Maria Jacobsson in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of BK Värdsholmen booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Erik Valström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Eklund got free with Maria Jacobsson in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Norberg came free, but Maria Jacobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Nordström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Tolsson having to interfere. In the 84th minute, BK Värdsholmen's Åke Öman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Åke Öman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BK Värdsholmen protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Åke Öman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 89 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Hans Alén. Maria Jacobsson was a little too slow when Håkan Eklund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Abraham Coote managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Lions FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Coote was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Tolsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Tolsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Valström in the 95th minute of play.
