Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alex Nordström kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Henry Åkerström. When Hans Alén fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Lions FC's protests and gave Hans Alén a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Hans Alén. In the 6th minute Alex Nordström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Klemensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute Fredrik Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredrik Bennet got free with Jens-Ola Strömbom in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Henry Kjellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Erik Valström kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Fredrik Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens-Ola Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Andberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Nordström in the 36th minute of play forced Samurai's goalkeeper Roger Klemensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Allan Rudqvist came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Golden Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Rudqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Axel Samuelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Hans Alén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fredrik Bennet to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Samurai's Bo Svanström made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Ola Strömbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jens-Ola Strömbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Oskar Andberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Allan Rudqvist came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Golden Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Rudqvist couldn't finish the play. Alex Nordström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Roger Klemensson made a huge save. With a little luck, Samurai's Roger Klemensson got control of the ball when Alex Nordström tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Alex Nordström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roger Klemensson. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Rudqvist in the 80th minute of play forced Samurai's goalkeeper Roger Klemensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samurai's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Sven-Erik Valström scored to the left of an out of position Roger Klemensson, making the score, 1-2. In the 85thth minute of the game Christian Thorsberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai's Roger Klemensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Sven-Erik Valström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Hans Alén got a free kick in the 91st minute. Golden Lions FC's Jens-Ola Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Svanström in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Fredrik Bennet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ola Strömbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Golden Lions FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
