Pål Askestät might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Mager. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pål Askestät ran back to his position shaking his head. Brutal DeLuxe's Jan Mager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Rolandsson in the 15th minute of play. Jan Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Rolandsson in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Arthur Saba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Mager was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th minute, Pål Askestät ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Mager was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Arthur Saba sped through Brutal DeLuxe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Mager. Jan Mager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Askestät, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Yavuz Bülent Özger made a precise shot to the right of Jan Mager. Brutal DeLuxe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Victoriano Abel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimmie Vibjörnsson in the 44th minute. Jörgen Kämpe charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörgen Kämpe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Jörgen Kämpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Average Joes's Nils-Emil Gulliksson was substituted for Lukas Bäckman. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmie Vibjörnsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Jack Lindsten kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jan Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yavuz Bülent Özger in the 58th minute of play. If Per Rolandsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yavuz Bülent Özger got free with Jan Mager in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, Average Joes's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmie Vibjörnsson came free, but Victoriano Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Brutal DeLuxe getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Magne Barck hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Yavuz Bülent Özger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Average Joes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. If Jimmie Vibjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Average Joes made a substitution. Jeremias Silban replaced Per Rolandsson. Victoriano Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Vibjörnsson in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Magne Barck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 played minutes, Average Joes's Filipp Krupatkih shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan Mager came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Average Joes reached it. Magne Barck kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Brutal DeLuxe's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Silban came free, but Jan Mager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
