The supporters of BK Värdsholmen booed when Porjus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Roy Hamberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ture Berglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. John Eckegren took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ture Berglund. Ture Berglund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 41 minutes in the game, Peder Gernberg dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, John Eckegren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Värdsholmen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porjus the free kick. John Eckegren kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Wesley Cabral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Tolsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Gernberg in the 68th minute of play forced Porjus's goalkeeper Ture Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ture Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
