After some careless play in the FK Crvena Zvezda defense, Cai Espinosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Jakobsson. The FK Crvena Zvezda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Jakobsson should have stopped the shot. Per Vallman hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, FK Crvena Zvezda's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Espinosa came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Cai Espinosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gunnar Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cai Espinosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Worst Team Ever a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Petter Hansson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson. 0-2. 25 minutes into the game, Cai Espinosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gunnar Jakobsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's Cai Espinosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Jakobsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Espinosa in the 32nd minute of play forced FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Stor Klack left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Worst Team Ever fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Cai Espinosa put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gunnar Jakobsson. Gunnar Jakobsson came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Worst Team Ever's Stor Klack. But to his dismay, Stor Klack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. A collision led to FK Crvena Zvezda getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Otto Levander hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Cai Espinosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claes Bratt to make the kick off. Stor Klack didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-7 via right post in the game's 51st minute. Worst Team Ever's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! A hard shot 53 in the game by Stor Klack from a close distance when the talented Gunnar Jakobsson managed to make a qualified save. FK Crvena Zvezda's players were relieved. With a little luck, FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson got control of the ball when Stor Klack tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FK Crvena Zvezda's zone, Cai Espinosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Jakobsson came out of the goal and Cai Espinosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Worst Team Ever's Stor Klack shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 67th minute, Claes Bratt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claes Bratt kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Gunnar Jakobsson was a little too slow when Stor Klack got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-9. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Stor Klack managed to get in a good position for a shot. Worst Team Ever's supporters rose to their feet, but Stor Klack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Jakobsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the match, FK Crvena Zvezda's goal looked a bit too open when Stor Klack came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FK Crvena Zvezda's Otto Levander got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute of the match Petter Hansson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Jakobsson skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, FK Crvena Zvezda's Andreas Giöck got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Worst Team Ever's Stor Klack dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. After having played for 91 minutes, Cai Espinosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Worst Team Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cai Espinosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. József Murai succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 95th playminute. Worst Team Ever's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
