The ball had pretty good speed, but Herbert Ahlqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dick Wennerberg hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute Robin Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Robert Malmström put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Blåvitt's Robert Malmström got a free kick in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Olle Ekström took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Herbert Ahlqvist to make any attempt to save it. After 18 played minutes White Hart Lane got a freekick which was hit by Olle Ekström. In the 22nd minute Rikard Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Ekström in the 27th minute of play forced Blåvitt's goalkeeper Herbert Ahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, White Hart Lane's Dick Wennerberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herbert Ahlqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Esbjörn Apelquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaf Åström in the 30th minute of play. Olov Alefors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, White Hart Lane's Bengt Abrahamsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Herbert Ahlqvist. Herbert Ahlqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Esbjörn Apelquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Åström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Jonasson during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Blåvitt booed when White Hart Lane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rikard Göransson to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in White Hart Lane's zone, Gustaf Åström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esbjörn Apelquist came out of the goal and Gustaf Åström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rikard Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blåvitt's supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Göransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herbert Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Wennerberg in the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Samuel Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Ahlqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Robin Dahlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th match minute, White Hart Lane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Jonasson to maneuver through the defense. When Viktor Alegren fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blåvitt's protests and gave Viktor Alegren a yellow card for diving instead. 81 minutes into the match, White Hart Lane's goalkeeper Esbjörn Apelquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rikard Göransson. Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Ekström in the 83rd minute of play. Viktor Alegren hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Olle Ekström notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist. Herbert Ahlqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. White Hart Lane's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
