In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper 何旭银, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 48th minute of the match Öllsjö FC got a corner. Bloodthirsty FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kenny Törnqvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olof Västerberg made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Olof Västerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sverker Collin's late challenge caught a Öllsjö FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sverker Collin helped the player get up and apologised. Sverker Collin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The referee gave Bloodthirsty FC a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Svante Petersson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Öllsjö FC's Wictor Kjellbom. 4-2. Öllsjö FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Bloodthirsty FC had won, even though Öllsjö FC had held more of the ball.
