Einar Borre charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einar Borre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zebastian Österlund kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Ove Hake didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BK Gubbhöft's Sven-Oskar Låsberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. John Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Nils Liedholm IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Låsberg came free, but Ove Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Apelkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Persson having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Låsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ove Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Oscar Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Gubbhöft fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, John Apelkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nils Liedholm IF's supporters rose to their feet, but John Apelkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Persson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Birger Kleen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Marcus Persson made a huge save. Marcus Persson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jörgen Bjurström's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Edvard Britz had to leave the field with a concussion. John Apelkvist hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Ove Hake, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Marc Juhlin. After the first half BK Gubbhöft were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 50th minute, Birger Kleen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joacim Låsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc Juhlin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to BK Gubbhöft getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Thor Alegren hit a great ball. BK Gubbhöft's Marcus Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Bjurström in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Zebastian Österlund hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, BK Gubbhöft's Sven-Oskar Låsberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. When BK Gubbhöft's Sven-Oskar Låsberg in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nils Liedholm IF's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Bjurström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Persson was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Marcus Persson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Bjurström in the 91st minute of the match. Joacim Låsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ove Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Einar Borre. The BK Gubbhöft supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Gubbhöft would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
