An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivert Sill in the 18th minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Caroll Mårtensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sivert Sill got free with Caroll Mårtensson in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 84 played minutes Elefanterna got a freekick which was hit by Kristoffer Kondor. If Henrik Häger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caroll Mårtensson was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Johnny Ekeroth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johnny Ekeroth really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Elefanterna played a much better game than Buksvinens IF and deserved their victory. The Buksvinens IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
