Lucas Nordkvist started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Lucas Nordkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Kristoffer Engström fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Pole Kickers's protests and gave Kristoffer Engström a yellow card for diving instead. Kristoffer Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Egil Åkerman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Ståhlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to FK Ekebo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jimmie Edström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Tomasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FK Ekebo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. North Pole Kickers were winning 1-2.

Egil Åkerman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Lennart Anselius's late challenge caught a North Pole Kickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
