Viktor Hjälm came out of the goal and Lucas Nordkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Nordkvist struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Viktor Hjälm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Ekebo. When Lucas Nordkvist came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the FK Ekebo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Nordkvist couldn't finish the play. Nordic Mystery's Viktor Hjälm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Pettersson in the 40th minute of play. Lucas Nordkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viktor Hjälm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Nordkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. The Nordic Mystery players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FK Ekebo were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Dahlman was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Nordic Mystery's Karl-Oskar Danielsson got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Lucas Nordkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Viktor Hjälm firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Nordkvist got free with Viktor Hjälm in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nordic Mystery getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gilbert Ekerot hit a great ball. Lucas Nordkvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Viktor Hjälm when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lucas Nordkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viktor Hjälm came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Nordkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute, FK Ekebo's Lucas Nordkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 90 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Persson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Ekebo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nordic Mystery the free kick. Karl-Oskar Danielsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jimmie Edström. FK Ekebo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Viktor Hjälm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FK Ekebo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
