Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl Mattsson started the match with the kick off. Kasper Löfgren made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Henry Alebäck sent off a good shot on target. After 6 minutes, Sebastian Aspengren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stockholm IF and the Mean Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Aspengren to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mean Machine's Lars Frykberg got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Stockholm IF booed when Mean Machine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Alebäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Stålberg in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Kleen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kasper Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Leif Kvick put in a rough tackle. Kasper Löfgren made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Tom Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. Kasper Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Alebäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Kasper Löfgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience was convinced that Torsten Berglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasper Löfgren was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. When Rune Åhman fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mean Machine's protests and gave Rune Åhman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Stockholm IF booed when Mean Machine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Åhman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Tom Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Löfgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Henry Alebäck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Kasper Löfgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mean Machine's Robin Hultstrand was substituted for Stig-Arne Wallin. Mean Machine made a substitution. Gösta Kämpe replaced Rune Åhman. If Tom Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the Stockholm IF and the Mean Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stockholm IF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jan-Erik Pihlblad hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Tom Eriksson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kasper Löfgren skillfully saved the ball. After 85 played minutes Stockholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Aspengren. Stockholm IF's Kasper Löfgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Alebäck in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Mean Machine's Henry Alebäck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kasper Löfgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 92 minutes into the game, Henry Alebäck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Kasper Löfgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mean Machine's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
