But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casper Johnsson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Johnsson in the 14th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Claes Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Thedin hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Claes Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Asmundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 29th minute Casper Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Johnsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Sandström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casper Johnsson ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström got control of the ball when Casper Johnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Axel Thedin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dynamo Strandnäs's Folke Dalman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Norberg in the 39th minute of play. Sven-Åke Sjöman's late challenge caught a Dynamo Strandnäs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Åke Sjöman helped the player get up and apologised. Claes Sandström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casper Johnsson went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Claes Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Johnsson in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Dynamo Strandnäs booed when Boomerang Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Thedin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claes Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Asmundsson in the 68th minute of play. Boomerang Bombers's Axel Thedin got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Nikolai Springby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo Strandnäs's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikolai Springby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dynamo Strandnäs's Casper Johnsson managed to work through Boomerang Bombers's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Casper Johnsson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 83rd minute Dynamo Strandnäs were awarded a corner. Nikolai Springby went to the cornerflag to take it. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Asmundsson in the 84th minute of play. Dynamo Strandnäs's Nikolai Springby pulled a muscle in his leg after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Alvar Smitt charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvar Smitt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boomerang Bombers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty!
