Axel Thedin hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes, Digital Monsterz FC's Jens-Erik Giöck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claes Sandström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Digital Monsterz FC reached it. Roy Vallgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertil Skarkman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roy Vallgren ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Flinck came free, but Claes Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Digital Monsterz FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Edvin Hamberg. With a little luck, Digital Monsterz FC's Bertil Skarkman got control of the ball when Roy Vallgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bertil Skarkman was a little too slow when Roy Vallgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 26th minute, Sven-Edvin Hamberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th match minute, Boomerang Bombers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Falkrans to maneuver through the defense. Ivar Berglund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claes Sandström. Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Roy Vallgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boomerang Bombers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Vallgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Roy Vallgren. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 53rd minute, Sven-Åke Sjöman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Digital Monsterz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Åke Sjöman came free, but Bertil Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Norberg in the 58th minute of the match. Otto Falkrans charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otto Falkrans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute of the match Evert Zachrisson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claes Sandström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eddie Flinck hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes, Sven-Åke Sjöman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boomerang Bombers and the Digital Monsterz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sven-Åke Sjöman kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Boomerang Bombers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Vallgren to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Erik Giöck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Claes Sandström made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Jens-Erik Giöck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claes Sandström. That made the score 1-1 in the 79 minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match Joel Hake shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bertil Skarkman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Claes Sandström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Flinck in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Boomerang Bombers's Roy Vallgren got a free kick in the 90th minute. Jens-Erik Giöck hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 97 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Wahlnäs. Ivar Berglund struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Claes Sandström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Digital Monsterz FC.
