Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ragnar Hedbom took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Alebom in the 6th minute of play forced Agunnaryd IK's goalkeeper Marc Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes Agunnaryd IK got a freekick which was hit by Olov Stensson. In the 9th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Alebom to maneuver through the defense. Kasper Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eskil Albäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Fredrik Sikström's late challenge caught a Stockholm IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredrik Sikström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Fredrik Sikström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Simon Kjellkvist fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agunnaryd IK's protests and gave Simon Kjellkvist a yellow card for diving instead. Simon Kjellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Stig Ahlbeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 played minutes, Stockholm IF's Stig Ahlbeck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marc Lundgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stockholm IF reached it. When Christopher Boström fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agunnaryd IK's protests and gave Christopher Boström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Folke Alebom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Agunnaryd IK's Fredrik Sikström got a free kick in the 28th minute. Marc Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Stålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Wickander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Folke Alebom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Kvick to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andreas Stålberg was the one to do the kick off. Andreas Stålbergs short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Marc Lundgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Agunnaryd IK's Tomas Wickander got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olov Stensson's late challenge caught a Stockholm IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Stensson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Agunnaryd IK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Olov Stensson hit a great ball. Stig Ahlbeck kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Eskil Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kasper Löfgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Stålberg in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Agunnaryd IK's Fredrik Sikström got a free kick in the 71st minute. Folke Alebom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Marc Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Stålberg in the 86th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Stockholm IF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
