The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Rörvik BK's goal looked a bit too open when Örjan Johansson came free, but Bengt Fanström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 3 played minutes Sledgehammer KO got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Håkansson. In the 9th minute, Örjan Johansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sledgehammer KO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Esbjörnsson in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peder Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ingvar Esbjörnsson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Rörvik BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Esbjörnsson couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Rörvik BK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jonathan Alberg hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Rörvik BK's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Giliusson came free, but Bengt Fanström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Mathias Bark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Fanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt Fanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Samuelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Rörvik BK's Bengt Fanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Samuelsson in the 24th minute of play. Bengt Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Giliusson in the 25th minute of the match. Peder Blom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Jonathan Alberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Johansson in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brian Samuelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rörvik BK's Bengt Fanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Samuelsson in the 51st minute of play. Sledgehammer KO's Joel Bagge was substituted for Oliver Giliusson. Andréas Vall kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Bengt Fanström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian Samuelsson in the 74th minute. Joel Bagge took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt Fanström. Bengt Fanström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. 85 minutes into the match, Rörvik BK's Ingvar Esbjörnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peder Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bengt Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Johansson in the 91st minute of the match. Bengt Fanström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Bagge in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the game, Kent Nordlander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rörvik BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sledgehammer KO the free kick. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
