In the 3rd minute Lennart Abrahamsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Melin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Team Rocco were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Juoksengi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melker Sandström took the corner. Melker Sandström made a great header on Team Rocco's corner, it was just that Juoksengi's Tommy Melin managed to reach the ball for a save. Pontus Lundgren hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Marcus Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Ekegren in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nils-Erik Bengtsson in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Melin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Lundkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melker Sandström got free with Tommy Melin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stor Mønster to maneuver through the defense. Pontus Lundgren hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Fredrik Bjurström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Rocco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Bjurström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 27 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Pangeran Pango. After some careless play in the Juoksengi defense, Fredrik Bjurström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Melin. The Juoksengi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Melin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stor Mønster in the 36th minute of play forced Team Rocco's goalkeeper Marcus Klint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Melin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Erik Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Lennart Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Team Rocco's Nils-Erik Bengtsson got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Bjurström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Bjurström came free, but Tommy Melin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Erik Bengtsson in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Melin saved Juoksengi from getting behind. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Nils-Erik Bengtsson sped through Juoksengi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Melin. Fredrik Bjurström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredrik Bjurström charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fredrik Bjurström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Fredrik Bjurström got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Christiano Ronaldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute of the match, John Wiberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcus Klint was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Christiano Ronaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marcus Klint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Ekegren in the 79th minute of play forced Team Rocco's goalkeeper Marcus Klint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Tommy Melin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Rocco. In the 85th minute Nils-Erik Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Melin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Ekegren to maneuver through the defense. Fredrik Bjurström might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Melin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredrik Bjurström ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stor Mønster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matthias Ekegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Klint having to interfere. Vilhelm Moberg hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Rocco's goalkeeper Marcus Klint, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Team Rocco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
