After 11 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Kent Gunnarsson. In the 13th minute, Arnaldo da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Di Röe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Wiktor Ugla hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Polar Ice Caps's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Arnaldo da Fonseca scored to the left of an out of position Henry Blom, making the score, 2-0. In the 30th minute Arnaldo da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Eron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 minutes of play, Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hans Österlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Di Röe booed when Polar Ice Caps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Malmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Di Röe's Kent Gunnarsson tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Zinédine Židan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Di Röe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo da Fonseca to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Tord Lundin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hans Österlund, passed just outside the right post. Hans Österlund made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Maximiliano Eron sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo da Fonseca came free, but Henry Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo da Fonseca in the 61st minute of play. He walked away shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Di Röe's zone, Maximiliano Eron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Österlund came out of the goal and Maximiliano Eron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zinédine Židan scored 4-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Blom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedih Rafet to maneuver through the defense. Timmy Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Polar Ice Caps's André Botvidsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Di Röe. Hans Österlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Eron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
