Henry Örnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29thth minute of the game Göran Wickander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bors's Henry Örnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Karlsson in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Örnberg saved FC Bors from getting behind. Henry Örnberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pauliström. When Joakim Vallgren fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bors's protests and gave Joakim Vallgren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, FC Bors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Vallgren to maneuver through the defense. Fredrik Karlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pauliström's Malcolm Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 51st minute of play. After 56 minutes, Karl-Magnus Sjöö made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pauliström's Malcolm Wall tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingemar Lindblom kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Kjell Engström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malcolm Wall skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of FC Bors booed when Pauliström was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Wikander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malcolm Wall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Wall saved Pauliström from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Magnus Sjöö in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcolm Wall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FC Bors getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Erling Pilblad hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pauliström's Ingemar Lindblom got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match FC Bors got a corner. Pauliström's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kjell Engström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arne Tham tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Malcolm Wall. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 93rd minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC Bors were victorious despite being under pressure from Pauliström for much of the match.
