Firma Barnängen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Alcaraz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. William Persson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Karl-Michael Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Rudberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Jansson in the 13th minute of play forced AC United's goalkeeper Gustaf Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottfrid Larsson in the 18th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Michael Jansson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaf Rudberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Michael Jansson in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Rudberg saved AC United from getting behind. Vintilă Şimonca hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Karl-Michael Jansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Firma Barnängen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC United the free kick. After 23 played minutes Firma Barnängen got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Jansson. 25 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's Karl-Michael Jansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustaf Rudberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute Karl-Michael Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Rudberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Rudberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Michael Jansson's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Filip Holmgren's late challenge caught a Firma Barnängen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Holmgren helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AC United's Filip Holmgren got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Humberto Alcaraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Alcaraz struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Gustaf Rudberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Firma Barnängen. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Jansson in the 40th minute of play forced AC United's goalkeeper Gustaf Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of AC United booed when Firma Barnängen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dani Mateo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Algot Månsson was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Alcaraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Larsson in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Persson in the 56th minute of play forced Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Karl-Michael Jansson made a precise shot to the right of Gustaf Rudberg. AC United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Alcaraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Algot Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC United's Gustaf Rudberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save AC United from getting a goal against them. Filip Holmgren was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 67th match minute, AC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Holmgren to maneuver through the defense. Firma Barnängen's Humberto Alcaraz got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaf Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Jansson in the 74th minute of play. Gustaf Rudberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 85th minute, William Persson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Humberto Alcaraz in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustaf Rudberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gustaf Rudberg stood somewhat misplaced when Karl-Michael Jansson came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 93 minute. The Firma Barnängen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
