The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Skånes stolthet!'s Alf Karlberg got control of the ball when Kurt Askestät tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dan Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taylor Silverholt during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Skånes stolthet!'s Taylor Silverholt got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Skånes stolthet! defense, Kurt Askestät kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alf Karlberg. The Skånes stolthet! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alf Karlberg should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Magnusson in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Karlberg saved Skånes stolthet! from getting behind. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Kai Havertz sped through Skånes stolthet!'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alf Karlberg. Alf Karlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Askestät in the 36th minute. Alf Karlberg was a little too slow when Kurt Askestät got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-0. If Kurt Askestät had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Askestät took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alf Karlberg. Alf Karlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jörgen Magnusson made a kick off. Alf Karlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Magnusson in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Magnusson in the 53rd minute of play forced Skånes stolthet!'s goalkeeper Alf Karlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kai Havertz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Karlberg was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Dan Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alf Karlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Askestät in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Jörgen Magnusson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Linghed Angels FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Magnusson in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alf Karlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Magnusson in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Karlberg saved Skånes stolthet! from getting behind. Jörgen Magnusson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Alf Karlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linghed Angels FC. Kai Havertz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alf Karlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Havertz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skånes stolthet!'s Alf Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Magnusson in the 82nd minute of play. Kurt Askestät struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Alf Karlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linghed Angels FC. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Linghed Angels FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Skånes stolthet! had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
