The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lekparken FC's goalie and right to Erland Vedholm. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lekparken FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 11 played minutes IFK Fölet got a freekick which was hit by Erland Vedholm. IFK Fölet's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ove Mellberg in the 14th minute. The corner ended in Ove Mellberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lekparken FC's Sigge Holmberg did a great save. If Edvard Pilgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sigge Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match, Jonas Geofredo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sigge Holmberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Cyryl Kiewra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars-Erik Hylander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyryl Kiewra went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Fölet's zone, Cyryl Kiewra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars-Erik Hylander came out of the goal and Cyryl Kiewra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Måns Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lars-Erik Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Lekparken FC's Måns Stålman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lars-Erik Hylander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Sandu Hălmăgeanu hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When Edvard Pilgren came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the IFK Fölet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvard Pilgren couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Lars-Erik Hylander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyryl Kiewra went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Måns Stålman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cyryl Kiewra in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After 80 played minutes Lekparken FC got a freekick which was hit by Erling Boklund. Lekparken FC made a substitution. Holger Joensson replaced Mauro Bastos. The supporters of IFK Fölet booed when Lekparken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Boklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyryl Kiewra might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lars-Erik Hylander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyryl Kiewra ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgard Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of IFK Fölet booed when Lekparken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lekparken FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
