The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Erik Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Honung defense, Bo Drake kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Granberg. The Honung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Granberg should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Tarcisio Oliveira made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ingvar Nyqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdemar Granberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urban Lundqvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Honung getting a freekick after 73 minutes play.
