Fabio Santilli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Måns Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 8th minute of the match Norrlands Athen got a corner. KIA KAHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filcho Slivkov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Filcho Slivkov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KIA KAHA's Fabio Santilli did a great save. After some careless play in the Norrlands Athen defense, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Safet Hands. The Norrlands Athen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Safet Hands should have stopped the shot. Fabio Santilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Rydzewski in the 17th minute of play. If Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Safet Hands had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos. Fabio Santilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Sandberg came free, but Fabio Santilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Norrlands Athen booed when KIA KAHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Ahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sataporn Snabl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Safet Hands. That made the score 3-0 in the 41 minute of play. Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sataporn Snabl in the 44th minute of play. With a little luck, Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands got control of the ball when Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sataporn Snabl to strike the kick off in the second half. 64 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Sandberg came free, but Fabio Santilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Santilli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Huang Fei Ting in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Sandberg in the 66th minute of play forced KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norrlands Athen's Mathias Alrot was substituted for Wieslaw Wos. In the 80th match minute, KIA KAHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 盛世 Maldini to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes KIA KAHA got a freekick which was hit by Stanislaw Modliszewski. Fabio Santilli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilbert Hermansson in the 84th minute. Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Glanselius in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Daniel Glanselius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Safet Hands was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Björn Ahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norrlands Athen's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
