The Hope AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Hâjdău should have stopped the shot. Răzvan Verzea hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Edgar Oblemenco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Hâjdău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The F.C. YKE fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when F.C. YKE's Marin Zbuchea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valentin Hâjdău came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. YKE's Edgar Oblemenco. But to his dismay, Edgar Oblemenco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ike Schmeichel in the 36th minute of play. Valentin Hâjdău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Oblemenco in the 37th minute of the match. Marin Zbuchea took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Hâjdău. Valentin Hâjdău dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Oblemenco in the 43rd minute of play forced Hope AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Hâjdău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Edgar Oblemenco made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. Hope AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-10 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Barbu to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. YKE's Marin Zbuchea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valentin Hâjdău. That made the score 0-11 after 51 minutes of play. Valentin Hâjdău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pavel Soare showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 55 minute of play. Valentin Hâjdău made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Ike Schmeichel sent off a good shot on target. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Zbuchea in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Hâjdău had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ike Schmeichel. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Oblemenco in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău got control of the ball when Edgar Oblemenco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Răzvan Verzea's late challenge caught a F.C. YKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Răzvan Verzea helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hope AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Răzvan Verzea hit a great ball. Edgar Oblemenco succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-13. In the 76th minute, F.C. YKE's Pavel Soare ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valentin Hâjdău. Valentin Hâjdău yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-14. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Edgar Oblemenco took a quick shot and it went in 0-15 without a chance for Valentin Hâjdău to make any attempt to save it. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Oblemenco, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Valentin Hâjdău was a little too slow when Pavel Soare got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-16. Valentin Hâjdău made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Edgar Oblemenco sent off a good shot on target. YKE's Cazimir Puișoru made it 0-18 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Hâjdău was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over F.C. YKE could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hope AFC throughout the match.
