Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dragoş Pivniceru started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Emanuel Giurcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Ke Zhou Yuan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Giurcă. FC Fanaticii's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ke Zhou Yuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ke Zhou Yuan in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Giurcă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Giurcă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mike Cai went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Paralia Athens's Ke Zhou Yuan got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mike Cai took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Giurcă. Emanuel Giurcă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 31st minute Marius Ganea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marius Ganea might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgil Olariu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marius Ganea ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Ganea got free with Virgil Olariu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Ionuț Brânzeu in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Fanaticii's Olimpiu Panait. FC Fanaticii's Mugurel Bărăian quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gonzalo Taibo, made in the 35th minute of the game. Virgil Olariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marius Ganea's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Emanuel Giurcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Giurcă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Cai in the 43rd minute of play. Paralia Athens's Gonzalo Taibo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Paralia Athens were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mike Cai to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Giurcă came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Mike Cai. But to his dismay, Mike Cai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fanaticii's zone, Mike Cai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Giurcă came out of the goal and Mike Cai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petru Văidianu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Ionuț Brânzeu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paralia Athens's protests and gave Ionuț Brânzeu a yellow card for diving instead. Ionuț Brânzeu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Emanuel Giurcă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mike Cai went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Mike Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Giurcă was a little too slow when Mike Cai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-8. In the 72nd minute, Mike Cai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paralia Athens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. With an all-out effort, Paralia Athens's Emanuel Giurcă threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mike Cai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 78 minutes of play Paralia Athens's Petru Văidianu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 81st match minute, FC Fanaticii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugurel Bărăian to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Giurcă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mike Cai in the 84th minute. After 86 played minutes Mike Cai could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-10 into the left cross. 94 minutes into the game, Mike Cai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Emanuel Giurcă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC Fanaticii fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Paralia Athens were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
