Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Codruț Lucrețiu started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nelson Mendoza in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Iorda saved Team in construction from getting behind. Codruț Lucrețiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Ernest Obreja made a huge save. With 10 minutes on the clock, Mircea Dersidan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 11 minutes into the match, Ciprian Jușcă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernest Obreja. UFC STEAUA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Jușcă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Filip Băncilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Iorda having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Filip Băncilă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Iorda was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Marcu Hănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Team in construction getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Basarab Tăbăcaru hit a great ball. Hermengildo Jobo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anton Iorda. Anton Iorda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 31 played minutes Team in construction got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Tăbăcaru. In the 34th minute Codruț Lucrețiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Obreja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Costică Mangra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team in construction's Anton Iorda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filip Băncilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes Codruț Lucrețiu rounded UFC STEAUA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Anton Iorda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Băncilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The Team in construction fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Iorda should have stopped the shot. Filip Băncilă struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Anton Iorda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UFC STEAUA. Hermengildo Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Anton Iorda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Team in construction's Marcu Hănescu got a free kick in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the Team in construction defense, Hermengildo Jobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Iorda. The Team in construction fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Iorda should have stopped the shot. Ernest Obreja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Guriță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Jobo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anton Iorda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. UFC STEAUA played a much better game than Team in construction and deserved their victory. The Team in construction players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
