After 2 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Giurcă. Stelian Voineag took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Reznic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s goalkeeper Vintilă Ecobescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cazimir Traian. After 7 played minutes Cazimir Traian rounded ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Raureni Academy's Stelian Voineag played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Grecea in the 14th minute of play. Stelian Voineag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Boaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Claudiu Aristide hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Lucrețiu Novăceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Voineag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Raureni Academy getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Iustin Hănescu hit a great ball. Petre Reznic took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelian Voineag. Stelian Voineag dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Iustin Hănescu's late challenge caught a ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iustin Hănescu helped the player get up and apologised. Stelian Voineag didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucrețiu Novăceanu went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.

Costică Popa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vintilă Ecobescu having to interfere. Raureni Academy's Iustin Hănescu got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Iustin Hănescu off the ground. After 53 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Iustin Hănescu. In the 54th minute, Petre Reznic made a precise shot to the right of Stelian Voineag. Raureni Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Cazimir Traian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vintilă Ecobescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelian Voineag made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucrețiu Novăceanu in the 65th minute. Stelian Voineag didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Boaru went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s Petre Reznic dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Stelian Voineag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Novăceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s Mihnea Ioneasa got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ilie Plop might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vintilă Ecobescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilie Plop ran back to his position shaking his head. When Petre Reznic fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s protests and gave Petre Reznic a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucrețiu Novăceanu got free with Stelian Voineag in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Raureni Academy's Petrică Tărău got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Raureni Academy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ★RO★ NEW VISION ® were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
