Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jerry Gane made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd match minute, Rasnita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Ene to maneuver through the defense. Gelu Filip kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rasnita's zone, Dragoş Mustea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Hogaș came out of the goal and Dragoş Mustea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Barbălată in the 8th minute of play forced Rasnita's goalkeeper Manuel Hogaș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorel Şteţ kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Grigore Rânceanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Steaua Bucuresti -MM- from getting a goal against them. If Edgar Vlas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Hogaș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Gane in the 23rd minute of the match. Manuel Hogaș came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Edgar Vlas. But to his dismay, Edgar Vlas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Ivan Pășcuțoiu got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Dragoş Mustea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dragoş Mustea in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Hogaș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerry Gane kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gheorghe Stoiciu to strike the kick off in the second half. Grigore Rânceanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gheorghe Stoiciu went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 54 minutes into the game, Costel Năstase was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rasnita the free kick. Manuel Hogaș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Vlas in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Vlas got free with Manuel Hogaș in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Nichifor Buzincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s Ivan Pășcuțoiu got a free kick in the 78th minute. It was beautiful to see Rasnita's Paul Ene in action when he in the 85th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Gheorghe Stoiciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Mustea in the 89th minute of play forced Rasnita's goalkeeper Manuel Hogaș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Doicaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96thth minute of the game Jerry Gane who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rasnita's Manuel Hogaș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rasnita players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
