In the 12th minute Eusebiu Godeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosmin Galiceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosmin Galiceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebiu Godeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dino Zoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iona Tudora in the 16th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dănuț Roman. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosmin Galiceanu should have stopped the shot. David Ologu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iona Tudora in the 31st minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Cormoranii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Godeanu. In the 36th minute of the match, Iona Tudora got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dino Zoff was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 37 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionică Buzgar. Thanks to some nice moves Ionică Buzgar could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Dino Zoff however easily saved by the left post. Eusebiu Godeanu scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosmin Galiceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iona Tudora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionică Buzgar in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dino Zoff, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 47 minutes, Iona Tudora mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 53rd minute, Iona Tudora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Dănuț Roman came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Dănuț Roman made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Zoff was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute, Cristinel Ulici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Ologu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Cosmin Galiceanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Valea Buzăului from getting a goal against them. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iona Tudora in the 80th minute of play. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dănuț Roman, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dănuț Roman in the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ionică Buzgar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Zoff was relentless in the 89th minute of the game.
