Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Lucian Ipate made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Champions Iasi getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Niculae Măgureanu hit a great ball. Sergiu Angheluță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Anton in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cazimir Zăraşcu in the 8th minute of play forced FC Liverpool YnWa's goalkeeper Dumitru Nedelciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Anton in the 11th minute of play forced Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Sergiu Angheluță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandru Anton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Alexandru Anton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Angheluță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergiu Angheluță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Anghelescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Edgar Tarcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Anghelescu in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Anton in the 37th minute of play forced Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Sergiu Angheluță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Champions Iasi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The referee gave FC Liverpool YnWa a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ionuț Șipoș, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță. 0-1. In the 45th minute, George Hulubei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Champions Iasi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Liverpool YnWa were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cazimir Zăraşcu made a kick off. Sergiu Angheluță came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Liverpool YnWa's Remus Anghelescu. But to his dismay, Remus Anghelescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Champions Iasi's Eugen Ozon pulled a muscle in his leg after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 56 minutes into the game, Ionuț Șipoș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Liverpool YnWa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Champions Iasi the free kick. In the 57th match minute, FC Liverpool YnWa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Șipoș to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Cazimir Zăraşcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dumitru Nedelciu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 67 minutes, Cazimir Zăraşcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Champions Iasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cazimir Zăraşcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandru Anton got free with Sergiu Angheluță in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute, George Vâlcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Champions Iasi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Alexandru Anton notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță. Sergiu Angheluță was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, FC Liverpool YnWa's Sergiu Angheluță threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexandru Anton, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Champions Iasi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Liverpool YnWa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
