Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Club Vertigo's Sabin Corcoveanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dragoslaveni's Liviu Pascaru pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Nistor Iftimescu fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Vertigo's protests and gave Nistor Iftimescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Nistor Iftimescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurențiu Panciu in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Dragoslaveni booed when Club Vertigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Cucerdean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcel Mitulescu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nikulás Benediktsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Horhoianu in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remus Greavu. Matei Varga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Iftimescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabin Corcoveanu took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matei Varga. Matei Varga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Răzvan Horhoianu was the one to do the kick off. Sabin Corcoveanu scored 2-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matei Varga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Marius Rizea got a free kick in the 66th minute. Nikulás Benediktsson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Laurențiu Panciu sent off a good shot on target. Matei Varga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabin Corcoveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes of play, Club Vertigo's Nistor Iftimescu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matei Varga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute, Romeo Galiceanu made a precise shot to the right of Matei Varga. Dragoslaveni's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. A collision led to Club Vertigo getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Iulian Şteflea hit a great ball. Matei Varga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Greavu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Mitulescu lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Marcel Mitulescu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Corcoveanu in the 93rd minute of play forced Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matei Varga came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Vertigo's Sabin Corcoveanu. But to his dismay, Sabin Corcoveanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.
