After a rather tough play, Dragoslaveni's Ilie Uncuţă got a free kick in the 6th minute. Berea Luca's late challenge caught a Dragoslaveni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berea Luca helped the player get up and apologised. Berea Luca hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Matei Varga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Tapalagă in the 10th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, FC Berea's Olimpiu Tapalagă made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matei Varga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olimpiu Tapalagă took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matei Varga. Matei Varga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Dărmănescu in the 22nd minute of play. Matei Varga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berea Luca in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Dragoslaveni's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Arotăriței came free, but Matei Varga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matei Varga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basarab Arotăriței went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berea Luca in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Olimpiu Tapalagă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matei Varga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 45 minutes into the match, Basarab Arotăriței notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga. Matei Varga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basarab Arotăriței to strike the kick off in the second half. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Arotăriței in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Dragoslaveni getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ciprian Pârlea hit a great ball. Matei Varga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Tapalagă, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Matei Varga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olimpiu Tapalagă in the 59th minute. Olimpiu Tapalagă showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Matei Varga made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Berea Luca sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Dragoslaveni's Laurențiu Panciu got a free kick in the 81st minute. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Olimpiu Tapalagă took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Matei Varga to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Arotăriței in the 93rd minute of play forced Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga got control of the ball when Olimpiu Tapalagă tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Berea's Berea Luca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matei Varga. That made the score 0-11 after 96 minutes of play.
