Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Alexandria Team08's Manuel Amânaloae started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Adam Posteucă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alexandria Team08's Laurențiu Popescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 6 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Spirea came free, but Dacian Iurea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurențiu Popescu stood somewhat misplaced when Adam Posteucă came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. A collision led to FC Berea getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Petrică Gherghe hit a great ball. Dacian Iurea came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandria Team08's Manuel Amânaloae. But to his dismay, Manuel Amânaloae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Alexandria Team08 booed when FC Berea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toader Buzoianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toader Buzoianu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toader Buzoianu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandria Team08's Ciprian Avacariței was substituted for Radu Pătru. In the 24th minute, Toader Buzoianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Manuel Amânaloae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dacian Iurea. FC Berea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Amânaloae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basarab Arotăriței got free with Laurențiu Popescu in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Amânaloae came free, but Dacian Iurea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berea Luca came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Laurențiu Popescu could save by the left post. 43 minutes into the game, Bogdan Goma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Dacian Iurea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Posteucă made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's Adrian Spirea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dacian Iurea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59thth minute of the game Adam Posteucă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alexandria Team08's Laurențiu Popescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laurențiu Popescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toader Buzoianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Laurențiu Popescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Posteucă in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Alexandria Team08 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Albert Balint hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Basarab Arotăriței shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Popescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Adrian Spirea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Toader Buzoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laurențiu Popescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toader Buzoianu in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Basarab Arotăriței ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurențiu Popescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 85th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petrică Gherghe to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goalkeeper Dacian Iurea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Amânaloae. FC Berea's Octavian Simuţ got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alexandria Team08 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
